At least twice a year we try to take a road trip to Drumheller Alberta. For myself it is the scenic badlands that I enjoy. If you ever get a chance to get to Alberta then this is one of the places you should really try and see. The town of Drumheller is located within the Red Deer River Valley in the badlands of central Alberta, Approximately 70 miles (111 km) Northeast of Calgary. There is plenty to see and do in Drumheller, from the Royal Tyrell Museum to the Hoodoo’s.
